We accept returns and replacements for most of our products. It should be noted that some items are Made to Order and, therefore, cannot be returned. There is a clear indication of the return and exchange policy for every product on the product page. Returns and exchanges are not permitted for international orders.
Within 7 days of delivery, you can raise a return/replacement request from the My Order section in App to request a return replacement if the product is eligible. Returns and exchanges are only allowed on unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products. They should be in original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, and eligible for return.
We arrange for the item to be picked up after you request a return. Our courier partners will pick up your return request within 3-5 business days of receiving it. As soon as the pickup has been completed, we will initiate your refund.
In the case of prepaid orders, money will be refunded to the bank account/credit/debit card used for payment. The customer will be required to provide their bank details/UPI ID to receive the refund for Cash on Delivery orders.
Upon cancellation of an order, a refund will be processed within three business days.
